Sunny's Review:

I was a little uncertain about this book. I will admit that I am a person that will judge a book by its cover and title. So I took a leap of faith and read this book ONLY because I love this author. I am really glad that took the leap of faith. This book is different from a lot of the books that I have read recently and I enjoyed. You get to use your imagination. You also get to see how perception can really mess with things. You have what the people think is going on with the dragons and then you get to see what really happens. I liked getting to see Acasia seeing what her life was really going to be instead of her holding onto her fear and missing out on great adventures. Bastian is so sweet and you love him from the first scene. He was funny and entertaining. I love being able to see his thoughts as well as Acasia's. I love Acasia. She is strong, bold and courageous. She does not quake and fear like a lot of girls in her situation would do. She stands up to Bastian from day 1.

If you want to read a different story this is it. I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars. You will love the characters and honestly I want to see some more.

I love a good book, strong cup of coffee, and my laptop. I want a book to take me away, the coffee to keep me awake during my travels, and my laptop to make sense of all the ramblings in my brain. My thoughts may be jumbled but when I write them out they make sense, I hope.
I live in a small Arizona town with my husband of 34 years and two spoiled dogs. I have a hardback, autographed book collection that would make any bibliophile drool. Love is where my heart is so I write romance with happy endings but I don't mind killing off a good character or two to keep things interesting.
